Building on a Legacy of Trust:

The Story behind Dymond Projects Story

The Foundation of Excellence (2015–2025)

One highlight was Pani’s leadership on the 12-floor steel framing installation for the MSocial building, a complex project requiring precision, technical expertise, and strong coordination.

Our commitment to excellence was backed by professional systems and compliance frameworks, including Totika certification via 360Safe and specialised HR support through Peninsula, ensuring every aspect of our operations met industry and safety standards.

A Commitment to Community

Our values were tested and proven during Cyclone Gabrielle in 2024.
In partnership with the Ministry of Māori Development (Te Puni Kōkiri) and Te Whariki Manawahine o Hauraki, our team led the restoration of 25 government-funded homes, helping families return to safe, warm, and secure living conditions.

But we went further.
Recognising the scale of community need, Dymond Construction personally funded the rebuild of an additional 7 homes, contributing $490,000 toward restoring stability and dignity for affected whānau.

This remains one of our proudest achievements and a testament to our belief that building is more than construction — it’s service.

The Rebirth: Dymond Projects

Dymond Projects marks the next evolution of our journey — a strategic reorganisation with the same heart, same standards, and the same people behind the work.

We have streamlined our structure to ensure every client receives a high-caliber, owner-operated approach, led directly by:

  • Pani – Qualified Builder & Project Management

  • Kaloline – Operations & Senior Administrator

Together, we bring the perfect balance of hands-on expertise, administrative strength, compliance knowledge, and strategic oversight.

Dymond Projects continues the legacy of trust, craftsmanship, and community dedication — now with enhanced efficiency, clearer processes, and a stronger client experience.
